This book arrived on my doorstep the day my mother passed away。 Her middle name was Lynn too。 Right away， this book changed my perspective on grief and loss。 The first day after she was gone， I went on a run because she was a runner and full of the heartbeat that is life。 She has sent me so many beautiful signs that I may have missed without understanding the language in which we communicate with the Otherside。

Ahh 2。5 rounded up？？？ I thought it would explain more the science （if any exists） behind energy and signs and how to be more open to receiving them， but this was more a book of stories of what people have experienced and the author confirming the magic of it。 The author is a psychic medium and she shares her experiences and the experiences of others， some stories were wow that's incredible that is definitely a clear sign others were ok this is just confirmation bias and wanting closure。 Could've Ahh 2。5 rounded up？？？ I thought it would explain more the science （if any exists） behind energy and signs and how to be more open to receiving them， but this was more a book of stories of what people have experienced and the author confirming the magic of it。 The author is a psychic medium and she shares her experiences and the experiences of others， some stories were wow that's incredible that is definitely a clear sign others were ok this is just confirmation bias and wanting closure。 Could've been shorter， after the first half it became repetitive。 I enjoyed the last chapter about how to elevate your energy。 Also， this is a tiny piece and I guess it reflects the person she was working with but I do not like how they spoke about autism and made it to be this super tragic thing。。。 This all being said I 100% believe in signs and believe that energy is never destroyed and that you can communicate with a higher power/Other Side ， but this book did not really add to my belief and I am doubtful that it would change someone's mind if they did not believe in signs。 。。。more

A very well intentioned book with a positive and uplifting message: that we can receive signs from the ‘other side’ after our loved ones have ‘crossed over’… giving the reader hope that our souls live on in another realm after our physical bodies die。 It’s not ground breaking， in my opinion， but I appreciated that this author seems to truly care about the subject of grief and is giving people a way to grieve in a way that allows them to continue living their life， and living with purpose after a A very well intentioned book with a positive and uplifting message: that we can receive signs from the ‘other side’ after our loved ones have ‘crossed over’… giving the reader hope that our souls live on in another realm after our physical bodies die。 It’s not ground breaking， in my opinion， but I appreciated that this author seems to truly care about the subject of grief and is giving people a way to grieve in a way that allows them to continue living their life， and living with purpose after a loved one crosses。 A good portion of this book is repetitive stories of her experience with clients/friends who has received signs from the other side。 I thought that could have been cut shorter as I started getting a bit bored in the middle section of this book。 。。。more

I completely forgot to give a review for this book and I have been lacking on Goodreads， but for me， this book brought me to tears multiple times and was very motivating。 Every time I read it， it said just the right thing and it made me feel better when I was having a difficult day。 I usually read it during lunch when school was still going on and it always calmed my nerves and anxiety。 I thought it was well-written and I am happy I read it！

I felt this book was poorly organized and just didn’t have a coherent flow。 It has too many recollections of stories and then the author sneaks in some some thoughts that don’t seem related to the main topic at all， like how art is important and how you should eat healthy food。 2，5 stars overall。
